Refund Policy

How AnyJob reviews refunds, booking tokens, cancellations, disputes, and payment releases.

Managed from Admin Settings

Overview

Refund eligibility depends on booking status, provider acceptance, work progress, cancellation timing, payment state, uploaded evidence, communication history, and the specific service or shift arrangement.

Booking tokens and upfront payments

Booking tokens and upfront payments may be applied toward the accepted quote or held while AnyJob reviews cancellation, no-show, dispute, fraud, or incomplete-work claims. Payment processor fees may affect the final refund amount where applicable.

Buyer cancellations

Buyers should cancel as early as possible. Refunds may be reduced or declined when a provider has already accepted, reserved time, travelled, purchased materials, started work, or completed the requested service.

Provider rejections or no-shows

If a provider rejects an order after payment, fails to attend, or cannot complete agreed work, AnyJob may refund the buyer, rematch the job, hold funds, or take account action after reviewing the case.

Disputes and review

AnyJob may ask both sides for messages, images, documents, timestamps, requirement answers, payment records, or other proof. Refund decisions may include full refund, partial refund, provider payment, credit, rematch, or further investigation.
